Impetus opera este Sitio para vender el drop de Miralta. Esta política describe qué datos personales juntamos, para qué, y con quién. Si hay conflicto con los términos, en materia de datos manda esta política.

Al usar el Sitio, entendés esta práctica. El Sitio corre sobre Shopify.

Datos que juntamos

Según cómo uses el Sitio, podemos tratar:

  • Contacto: nombre, correo, teléfono, dirección de entrega y de facturación.
  • Pago: medio, confirmación y detalle de la transacción. El número de tarjeta lo procesa Tilopay; nosotros no lo guardamos.
  • Cuenta: si creás una, correo y preferencias.
  • Pedido: lo que ves, lo que va al carrito, compras, cambios y cancelaciones.
  • Mensajes: lo que nos escribís por correo, Instagram o el Sitio.
  • Dispositivo: IP, navegador, identificadores y cómo navegás el Sitio.

De dónde salen

  • De vos: cuando pedís, te suscribís, o nos escribís.
  • En automático: cookies y tecnologías parecidas al usar el Sitio.
  • De proveedores: Shopify, Tilopay, y quien nos ayuda a entregar.

Para qué los usamos

  • Cobrar, entregar, emitir factura electrónica y dar soporte.
  • Recordar idioma, moneda y el carrito.
  • Mandar notas del club si te suscribiste. Te podés salir con el enlace del correo.
  • Prevenir fraude y cumplir la ley, incluida Hacienda.

No vendemos listas. No compramos audiencias con tu nombre.

Con quién los compartimos

  • Shopify, para hospedar y operar la tienda.
  • Tilopay, para el pago con tarjeta.
  • Quien entrega el pedido en Costa Rica, si hace falta la dirección.
  • Autoridades, si la ley lo pide.

Shopify

Shopify trata datos de acceso y uso para prestar el servicio. Parte de esa información puede viajar a otros países. Cómo lo hace Shopify está en su propia política de privacidad.

Menores

El Sitio no está pensado para menores de 18 años. No juntamos datos de menores a sabiendas.

Seguridad y plazo

Ningún canal es perfecto. Conservamos lo del pedido el tiempo que pide Hacienda y lo mínimo para cumplir el contrato. Después, se borra o se anonimiza.

Tus derechos

Podés pedir acceso, corrección o borrado de tus datos, con las excepciones que marca la ley (por ejemplo, la factura). Escribí desde el correo del pedido o por Instagram @miralta. No te tratamos peor por ejercer un derecho.

Si no querés correos de club, usá “unsubscribe” en el mail.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. La fecha de arriba cambia cuando lo hacemos. El texto vigente es el publicado en el Sitio.

By using the Site, you understand this practice. The Site is powered by Shopify.

Personal information we collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
  • Payment: method, confirmation, and transaction detail. Card numbers are processed by Tilopay; we do not store them.
  • Account: if you create one, email and preferences.
  • Orders: what you view, add to cart, buy, exchange, or cancel.
  • Messages: what you write by email, Instagram, or the Site.
  • Device: IP, browser, identifiers, and how you use the Site.

Sources

  • From you: when you order, subscribe, or write.
  • Automatically: cookies and similar tech when you use the Site.
  • From providers: Shopify, Tilopay, and whoever helps us deliver.

How we use it

  • To charge, deliver, issue the e-invoice, and support you.
  • To remember language, currency, and the cart.
  • To send club notes if you subscribed. You can leave via the email link.
  • To prevent fraud and comply with law, including tax rules.

We do not sell lists. We do not buy ads with your name.

How we disclose it

  • Shopify, to host and run the store.
  • Tilopay, for card payment.
  • Whoever delivers in Costa Rica, if the address is needed.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Shopify

Shopify processes access and usage data to provide the service. Some of that information may leave the country you live in. How Shopify does that is in Shopify’s own privacy policy.

Children

The Site is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Security and retention

No channel is perfect. We keep order data as long as tax law requires, and the minimum needed to fulfill the contract. Then it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, with the exceptions the law sets (for example, the invoice). Write from the order email or Instagram @miralta. We will not treat you worse for exercising a right.

If you do not want club emails, use unsubscribe in the mail.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above changes when we do. The live text is the one on the Site.
